The EcoKnights Survey 2018

Dear friends of EcoKnights,

If you've been a part of EcoKnights' in our activities and programs before, this one's for you!!

We would appreciate it if you could spend 5 minutes to help us fill up this short survey for us to better understand and improve our programs and activities so that we can serve you better!!

Based on EcoKnights' Theory of Change in mobilizing Malaysians towards sustainable practices, we have, over the years, delivered various environmental educational, development and advocacy programs. The tangible goal is to improve EcoKnights' offer to young people, to share our vision and to inspire our audience to desire to make a difference. This survey aims to help us measure the full impact of our environmental programs and activities.

We cordially invite you to complete this survey to help us understand about your attitudes, and behavior in relation to your involvement in our programs over the years. We hope you can indicate which elements of our programs and activities are valuable. This will enable us to have insights into the EcoKnights' outputs and outcomes, and which programs or activities have the most impact(s). This enables us to identify areas for development and set targets for enhancement of future programs and activities, as well as to improve the quality of our approach and methodologies.
